WARRANTY

Kingstone Technoledge Inc. (KTI ) liability under this warranty shall be limited to repair and replacement only subject to the conditions and limitations herein listed.
Further, replacement and maintenance shall be full of charge only if there is a fault on the part of Kingstone Technoledge Inc. (KTI )

WATER SEAL CAPABILITY:
95% Above.

DURATION:
The warranty shall be one (1) year from the date of installation for the following:

ALUMINUM PANELS & PARTS :

➢ Warranty applies if damage results from defective part/s or faulty installation by KTI personnel.

RUBBER GASKET

➢ Warranty applies if damage results from improper installation by KTI personnel or due to factory defect such as: rubber becoming brittle or powdery, but not after having been used for two (2) floods or have been in the possession of customer for more than one (1) year, with or without flood.

TOILET BOWL / DRAINAGE STOPPER:

➢ Warranty applies if damage resulting due to factory defect such as: leaking air. Excluding: over air pumping, puncturing by foreign objects, high temperature.

EXCLUSION AND LIMITATIONS:

➢ This warranty does not cover damages resulting from improper assembly by the buyer. The warranty does not also cover fire, lightning, earthquake, or other acts of God, accidental damage, impact from foreign object, structural shrinkage and distortion, normal wear and tear, harmful chemicals and / or causes beyond the control of KTI . is likewise not liable for damages because of flood leakage due to defective building structures, unsealed interior walls, floors, or other areas, and floods more than the level of the flood barriers purchased. Further, should there be a need to erect new concrete posts to which the flood barriers steel posts shall be attached, the cost of labor and materials shall be shouldered by the buyer. Last, the warranty covers only the flood barriers, its parts, and steel parts.

REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE:

➢ Repair and maintenance within the warranty period are free of charge. However, any material replacement will be subject to the terms under WARRANTY provision.

➢ All repairs shall be done by KTI authorized representative.

➢ Any unauthorized repairs made by the buyer other than KTI authorized representative will not be compensated or reimbursed expenses incurred during the repair unless prior approval from Kingstone Technoledge Inc. was obtained.

PRODUCT CARE:

➢ With proper handling, aluminum panel can be used for more than 5 years. (rubber gasket not included)

➢ It is important that aluminum panels must be cleaned properly after used and stored in a cool dry place.

➢ Do not expose aluminum panels and toilet bowl / drainage stopper directly under the heat of the sun as this may affect the life of the product.

➢ Before installing toilet bowl / drainage stopper. One must test first if there is leaking air by immersing it in water. During installation do not over pump air.

➢ Note: It is highly recommended that rubber gasket be replaced after every 1 or 2 flooding or if flood barrier not in use within the period of 2 to 3 years, a replacement is a must.
